Dr. Tim Bagwell is the Board President of the Gateway Science Academy in Saint Louis, Missouri, and a Board Member of New Plan Learning, Chicago, Illinois. Tim Bagwell is a professor, writer, editor, and software developer. Bagwell is the online Program Coordinator for the Master’s in Public Administration and Policy at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. He has taught IT Project Management and Technology Innovation at Excelsior University and Public Health at Lincoln Memorial University. Bagwell mentors public administration doctoral candidates at Capella University. He has researched and written on politics, examining the use of information systems in the administrative system as reflected in privacy issues. Bagwell has developed software for a health rehabilitation center, a wastewater plant sampling program, and campaign voter contact applications. Bagwell ran for Illinois’s U.S. House of Representatives in 2004 and 2010. Bagwell has a lifelong commitment to education, earning a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis and Administration, an MS in Speech Communication, and triple undergraduate majors in History, Political Science, and Radio & Television.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
